Welcome! I have been designing websites professionally for the last thirteen years, and am celebrating the end of my first year in business as 'Garren King Design' in Salem, IL. Previously, I was the webmaster at Kaskaskia College, and have developed hundreds of websites since my first sold in 2002. I also work with my beautiful wife, Rachel at R&G Photography! I have a strong background in design, development, Content Management Systems, Search Engine Optimization and Online Marketing. Like many who live in the Southern Illinois area, I am an avid hunter, fisherman and gatherer of morels when they are in season. My wife and I are the husband and wife team behind R&G Photography which is located at the WPA building (old Salem library) in Salem, IL. I have a small problem with collecting musical instruments, and love to play (or fake playing) as many of them as I can in the best Bluegrass tradition. I spent six great years as a 3E9 (Readiness and Emergency Management) in the Illinois Air National Guard, and love spending time with my beautiful daughter, Anna Mae Belle. I also teach many Community Education classes through Kaskaskia College, including my Gardening Series and several technology courses.
